Yes! If you already know a care or support worker that you would like to hire, you can ask them to join you.
They will need to go through our regular on-boarding process, and once they have been approved you can hire them. If you give us a call on 1300 490 907, we can prioritise their registration.
Safety of those in our community is our priority. All care workers For MDC undergo a strict on-boarding process, including reference and qualification checks, police check and verification of any specific requirements for nurses and those providing personal care.
